Marcus Mepstead's Fencing Home Workout

Olympic fencer Marcus Mepstead has got a fencing-inspired home workout for you to try on Workout Wednesday!

Workout:

  1. Fencing footwork drill (30s each side)

  2. Side lunge (30s)

  3. Squat twists to fencing stance (30s)

  4. Glute bridge hold (30s each side)

  5. Front plank hold (30s)

  6. Side plank hold (30s each side)

For an extra challenge, take a one minute break and try the whole circuit again.
