Brilliant Bryony Page has bounced back from a challenging year to claim a sensational silver at the 2022 Trampolining World Championships.
The two-time Olympic medallist grabbed her second world individual medal before helping a nine-strong British side to all-around team gold in Sofia.
Page, 31, recorded a score of 55.950 in her individual final but was pipped to the title by Japan’s Hikaru Mori.
"It was a challenge to build myself back up for this after the British Championships,” said the 2021 world champion.
"I didn’t feel too confident coming in, but I grew with each round, especially the semi-final when I hit the ‘perfect 10’ for horizontal displacement.
"I chose to go for a previous routine I’d done, rather than my upgraded routine as it’s a bit more solid.
"I’m just so happy I’ve had the outcome I wanted from today. I also know I’ve got a lot of work to do to be back here again.”

Page concluded her World Championships on the top of the podium after helping Britain to all-around team gold later in the competition.
Andrew Stamp, Rhys Northover, Zak Perzamanos, Izzy Songhurst, Lewis Westwood, Megan Kealy, Lewis Gosling and Kirsty Way were all part of an exceptional display of performances to reclaim their 2021 world title.
The team event sees gymnasts compete a routine in each discipline, receiving points from 1-5 depending on where they finished, with Page scoring the maximum points on women's trampoline.
Way said: "What a feeling! It’s nothing I’ve ever experienced before.
"For a lot of us on the team it’s our first time in an all-around team final but to come together is an opportunity we rarely get.
"What a time to get a gold!”
Page and Songhurst also competed in the synchro trampoline final, with the duo finishing eighth.
A new pair this year, they combined for the first time this summer to become European champions but could not quite replicate that same form in the final.
