Noah Williams stood on the shoulders of giants as he dived to men's 10m platform bronze in Paris.
His third place finish marked an historic occasion, exactly 100 years on from when Harold Clarke clinched Team GB's first ever medal in what was then called the 'men's plain high dive' with bronze at Paris 1924.
Williams is now just one of four Team GB Olympians, including teammate Tom Daley, to win a 10m platform Olympic medal and has now extended Team GB's most successful Games in the diving pool, taking the overall total to five.
It also marks the 23-year-old's second medal of the Paris 2024 after having secured 10m synchro silver alongside Daley the previous week.
A score of 497.35 ensured his place on the podium, with his final dive of forward four and a half somersaults scoring an incredible 94.35 points.
After finishing 27th in the event at his maiden Olympic in Tokyo, bronze is a brilliant showcase of improvement and strength for Williams.
Team GB's Kyle Kothari finished 11th in his maiden Olympic final.
